I recently purchased 2 watercolour landscapes that I am trying to identify.

One is signed W. Morris. There is a dealer on line selling a painting by W. Morris and the signature looks the same but the dealer doesn't seem to know anything about the artist and surmises that the painting is Scottish from the late 1800's. Does anyone know anything about W. Morris?

The other appears to have the initials RSK 1915. I know that in Germany around 1915 all artists were forced to work within an association that is abbreviated to RSK. Can anyone help me with info about this?
