Help ID this Paris Street Scene
Hello,
Can someone please help me identify this oil on canvas painting of a Paris Street Scene in black and white? I bought it from a "Jewish Student" which I believe to be a scam. I just want to know if this painting is actually painted by an actual artist with some meaningful value or is this simply a knock-off made in China for $5. Please let me know. Thank you. |
