I need any info on these artists

Saul Smith of Luckenback Tx I have a pen and ink drawing of outhouses but I can find no info on him.

E or Epi or Epe Rodriguez I have 3 charcoal drawings 2 of clowns and 1 of a unicorn.

C McCory I have an oil or acrylic done in 1963 It is supposed to be a portrait but looks like a garden knome.

Basin Alexander I have a charcoal drawing of a clown.

Theseall belonged to a friends mother who has recenty passed away and we would like to sell them but we can't find ay info on any of them. Can anyone help?
