Please Help!!!
My mom just bought this beautiful painting by Hans Happ. On the back the title is "Old Well". I can not find anything at all on the web about the artist or the painting. If anyone can please help me I would appreaciate it. The painting is of a woman pouring water from a "bowl". It got an old world look to it. I am trying to find out about a painting as well by Hans Happ. It is beautiful and it is called candlelight. Please let me know what you found out about him.

hello Happ lovers
I have the same painting, well it is a print that has been textured to look like a painting and is framed beautifully - very natural and Old World. I want to see more of this artist, too. Where do we go to see more of his work? Any ideas?

Old well
I have the same picture but don't know anything about it either. I would guess its a replica since we all have one, but maybe they are limited replica??
I know that Hans Happ is a German painter, who died in 1992 almost 100 yr old. But I don't know much more. I live in Denmark, so I was wondering if they are in different parts of the world? Best |
