Default Help identifying an artist.

I'm not sure I've come to the right place, but I figured it was worth a shot. I am desperate to identify the artist of this painting. I think it's impressionist, I'm pretty sure it's not Monet, Manet, Rembrandt,Renoir, Pissarro, or Sisley -- but I could be wrong if the painting is very obscure.

If you guys can help at ALL, I would very much appreciate it.

Thank you!

Default Did you ever...?

Did you ever identify this artist? I think I am aware of another painting I have been trying to ID myself that may actually be by the same hand...

Something about it says American Impressionism to me. For example Louis Ritman or Fredrerick Frieseke.
