I have a very large Fadik that sounds similar. white lilies that look like they are submerged under water. Lots of blue, black and yellow. Have you discovered more on this artist yet? I bought my painting at a hotel that was being torn down. It is not on canvas, the surface is hard.

I too picked up a Fadik today. It is of two Owls on a branch,on canvas, and is 61 1/2x50 inches. Anyone know yet just who Fadik is or where some of the work can be viewed?

I just really looked at the back of this Fadic and found the following."6622- hand painted in California USA- Commissioned : not to be reproduced". How this helps I don't know, except that it is definately original. Would sure like to see some of the others.

Default Fadik Painting

I also have a Fadik painting of two children looking off into the sunset. I picked it up at a thrift shop in Washington State. Looks like there are lots of question marks about the identity of this artist.... anyone find any answers yet?/? So curious!

Smile 2 Girls on yellow canvas.

I purchased the large painting of two little girls looking at a hillside with a tree on the right. The canvas is yellow. It is signed Fadik. I purchased it at a salvation army store for 40 dollars I believe. Reminded me of my sister and I. No idea how to find info in the artist.

I have been looking for this artist for years. I found one of his paintings online (http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/5935444) but they knew nothing about him.

Default Fadik - 2 children yellow tones canvas

I also have a large roughly 3 foot by 3 foot painting by Fadik of two children from behind in yellow/black tones with a tree to the right and flowers at the base. WHO is this artist. This painting hung in my childhood home and my father recently passed away and I never knew the story. :-( I believe it would have been purchased in the mid 1970's

Default fadik

I have a painting signed Fadik. I found a picture of the 3 zebras and it is for sure the same artist. Mine is of 3 sailboats tied off on a beach with three mountains in the background. Does anyone know the value of such a painting? It's stamped on the back reproduction rights reserved and is about 3' x 3'

It looks like a lot of fakes of Fadik are out there. I also picked up the three zebras from a flee market and found a similar one put for sale online for $750. Mine also has the "All Reproductions Rights Reserved" and "Made in USA" stamps on the back. The signature on the one online is slightly different, but the painting is almost the same with few minor variations in the background. I love the painting and the color combination.

Default Screen prints

These are not knock offs but screened prints on canvas of his original work. That is why so many people posting here have the same piece. They will be uniquely different in the screening process, but the painting are essentially the same, and it is real canvas and paint. I have the one with the barn and trees, and I get a ton of compliments on it. These are totally vintage 1970s art, and probably worth $125-$175 in a second-hand store. To me, they are great because hardly anyone has one! You can go to Z-Gallerie and buy garbage paper prints framed for 3X as much or own a fun retro, collectible piece like this! Who is Fadik? I have no idea! Best wishes all.

Default Fadik

My family owns a Fadik painting, its been with our family since the 70's, it was bought in Hartford,CT. I've read all the other comments but haven't read of anyone having a huge lion painting. Wondering if we were the only ones with it...we're moving soon and would love to know the value of this painting.
