Origin of 2 identical landscape scenes?

The top one looks like it could be a paint by number, the bottom one looks to be much better quality... not a paint by number. Perhaps the original for the paint by number, a covered bridge somewhere. There are so many covered bridges, yet that one looks unique, in shape.
