hi can anyone help
I visited a touring mother & child exhibition( Madonna & the pinks) in 2004 at the mound in edinburgh. One painting was particularly interesting it was a madonna & child with the madonna having dirty fingers signifying her impurity by comparison to the child. I have never been able to view the painting or find the artist can anyone help.
