iT is a painting or print of a cowboy in his yellow rain slicker on his horse raceing acrose the plains with a huge thunder storm approching. I have seen this painting in a gallery in scottsdale AZ.Would like too no the name of the paintig or print and if possible the artist thanks

Tim Cox? He does exactly this sort of thing, although a quick search didn't bring up that specific work.
