Default Monte Carlo Casino Square color and sepia 1910

I was in Monte Carlo in 2007 and fell in love with a piece of art I saw in a window. The shop was on casino square (Place du Casino) and I believe it was next to or very near Hotel de Paris. I had only a few minutes to dart in from casino square but I think the shop might have been at the edge of Galerie du Métropole. I took a picture of the display window but I can't read the artist's name on the display plate that was next to the piece.

Picture is attached. The piece was approximately square. I think the colored picture of the woman in the center may be oil or acrylic (I'm not an artist so take that with a grain of salt). The pieces surrounding it are sepia, some are photos; others look like line drawings of buildings on the square, and look like they have been added to the center piece.

Would appreciate any help in finding this piece. Thank you.

Question

Heard back from a gentleman at the Grapefruit Moon Gallery -- very impressed that he took time to respond. Unfortunately, it isn't a Henry Clive although very similar.

So if there are any other leads out there....?

saintmarc, I'm very grateful for your help. I've bookmarked the gallery -- lovely site.

Bumping this thread again. Anyone at all who can identify this piece or offer a clue?
