"Fishing at Sea"

My wife and I were in Rockport, Ma this past week and we purchased a lithograph print of a fishing ship at sea given the title "Fishing at Sea". We have a name on the back of it, we do not know if it the first or last name of the artist, the name is August. There is also a registration number which is 101888. The print is 16 x 16, it is very lovely and it is framed. We are trying to find out as much information as possible about this and would hope someone may be able to assist. You have to scroll sown about a quarter of an inch to number 5.
