I have a print of a boy in period clothing (1853) sitting on top of a wooden crate with newspapers at his feet. It looks to be set in an alley. He's eating an apple; looking at the viewer. The artist's name isn't clear, but looks to be a 4-letter name followed by 1853.
I'd love to find another print as this one was ruined by a water leak. Ring any bells? Thanks for your help! SSM -------------------------------- The preceding query was posted but a bug caused the thread to be unusable. I am re-posting it here. - JM |

I'm thrilled to have a name and painter! Now, any ideas as to where I can buy a print to replace this damaged one of mine?
