Tamielle Andreassen-Marks

Personally i specialize in Australian Aboriginal Fine Art. Primarily from the central & Western Deserts, but also sometimes from the Kimberley and Arnhemland regions. Which is why i have no idea about this work. I bought it at a charity auction, both to support the cause , but also because they both appealed to me in different ways. I would really appreciate 'any' leads that could help me identify it.

It is an Acrylic on a type of artboard widely used from the 60's on. 17th /18th century sailing ship. THIS is a beautifully detailed, soft pastel work of excelent standard. beautifully intricate and beautiful in every way. the artist signature is 'Garcia'.
~ the work has no more details on either th e front or rear of the works. It is obviously framed 20 or more years ago. any help would be appreciated in identifying this thanks.
