Does anyone know any info/where to locate info on Jacques-Christian Freyburger

We are looking for any information on the artist Jacques-Christian Freyburger. Attached you will find pictures of a piece we have that was purchased from a gallery in Genieva (P. Loretti S.A. located Rue d'italie 14 Geneva) in the 60's. Medium is believed to be pen and ink over watercolour. Any help most appreciated. Thank you

NOTE: piece is signed...also...upper left corner there is a raised embossed name of the artist

This drawing recalls vaguely the Alexandre III bridge in Paris, except the metallic fence in place of the stone one. It could be done from memory. However, JC Freyburger is not on the SIKART dictionnary of swiss artists and I was unable to find anything except the following. I found only that you certainly found by yourself : A Jacques Christian Freyburger was a reporter for a french newspaper in Algeria at the end of the 1950's. More interesting, a Jacques Christian Freyburger has some drawings in an issue of a magazine to be purchased on the net

We have located family members. Awaiting response back from the main family spokesperson. Any idea what a piece like this would be worth? How to find it's value? where would you go?
