LE ROY painting - Can you help me?

Good morning. I am new to this forum and registered in hopes of finding someone who can help me identify this painting. As you can see from the picture, it is a small painting, mounted on some sort of paper board that is very fragile. I bought this at at estate sale in East Texas about 10 years ago. I love this painting, and would like to find out more about it. Thanks to anyone who can help.

i know of a painter by the name LeRoy Mcwilliams. He is American, lives since many years in La Rochelle, France. The signature on your painting is the he signs.

I know Leroy from working with him in Germany in the 1980s. If you haven't reached him by now then let me know. I can get you together with him, but I I don't wish to post his contact details on a public forum.

I am hoping that you can help me. I knew Leroy in France during the 60's the last time I saw him was in La Rochelle, Is there a way that you could help me reconnect with him.He was doing some wonderful abstract paintings, during that time.

I am hopingf that you can help me, I knew Le Roy during the 60's and infact I have one of his pieces, I would very much like to communicate with him and would appreciate it if you could pass on my e mail address to him. carolspain9@yahoo.com
