My parents received this painting as a gift, but we do not know anything about it. Can anybody help?

From the way the women are dressed, I would say it is vietnamese. Maybe you could post more photos(in focus) and a photo of the signature if there is one.

I have to get a more focused picture of the painting, but this is the artist's signature.
