The name of the artist is something like Paul Clanbyer. The last name I cant make out but Paul is definately his first name. It is an impressionist era painting probably set in London(there is a double decker bus in the background) and it consists of a woman walking in the rain. The woman however is not the focus of the painting. It is Victorian-Edwardian period. I cant find an artist with this name online so if anyone knows the correct name or painting's name, let me know. Thank you! (I bought this painting because I love it and it was an impulse buy. Im not familiar with art, so let me know what you know. I love this artist.)
