I took pictures of these paintings that I saw on the Norwegian Jewel cruise ship in their French Restaurant, Le Bistro. The art gallery told me that they think they are french impressionist maybe Renoir. Can anyone help me? Please take a look, I would love to have copies in my home. Click on the link below and scroll down to the bottom, they are the last three on this page.
Thank a lot!! http://web.me.com/woolsey57/Cruise_B...ian_Jewel.html |

#3 is by Toulouse-Lautrec. There may be more than one version; there is one at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, but the painting you saw appears to be a broader view.
#2 is by Degas, I believe, but I can't locate the specific painting. |

I found the Degas. It's Cafe-Concert at Les Ambassadeurs. But again, the painting in your picture appears to be slightly different from the original, so either there are 2 versions or the cruise line bought a handpainted copy.
