Help locating the name of a painting

Hello,
I would be grateful if someone could help me track down a painting. I know nothing of the artist or dates; however, it is well-known as I have seen it reproduced many times in the past. The painting is of an old lecture hall with the professor seated on a podium in the upper left and the gallery below him with several students.
