Default Help Identify This Painting

I have a portrait painting of a man dressed in red who looks similar to pope john paul. The signature is in the upper right hand corner but looking at it in person it's to faint to properly identify. It looks to me like it could be: Mipzci, Mirzci, I can clearly identify Mi and ci at the end but it's the two middle letters that are difficult to identify. The painting appears old and the frame is cracking and chipped off in one corner. Anyone have any idea who the artist might be? I will include pictures.

How do I post pictures here?
