barton nude
purchased one at starving artist home showing from artistic interiors my number is 64782 back in 60's or 70's

I'm from Christchurch New Zealand. My mother also has a Barton painting similar to the cafe scene. I prefer the nudes - not so dark and heavy.

It's similar to another photo i saw posted with lots of heavy paint piled up in some areas. In looking at yours, my painting has the exact same frame around it, gold with a white so it makes me think it's the same artist even though the scenes are quite different. I haven't been able to find anything so if you do, please let me know. |

Good question. With respect, this looks like a cheap imitation/reproduction from China ... I am trying to find out who Barton is also
