Please help! I saw this painting/print (not sure) a few years ago and would really like to know more.. Aritist, name etc.
It is a group of aniamls (monkey, elephant etc) in a museum viewing a portrait on a wall. I am pretty sure they are looking at a painting of people. Would appreciate any help with this - thanks! |

Here's one example, by Gabriel Cornelius von Max: Monkeys as Judges of Art, 1889. But I believe you could find others.

Thank you, but unfortunately that is not the one I am talking about. In the print it shows the animals looking at the painting. It portrays them as the spectators in a museum. Thank you anyway, I will keep looking.
