Can Anyone Identify the Artist of the Watercolor Painting?

I have this beautiful watercolor painting that I picked up at a garage sale.It appears to be a scene from a Mediterranean country.It is signed with the monogram initials I.Y.----W. with an Inscription.This watercolor is very well executed with a scene view of Roman or Greek buildings with palm trees. Does anyone know who this artist is? I would appreciate it very much if someone would help me identify this artist?The watercolor appears to be "relatively old"! Thanks.
