my name is george66 and I cannot lie I really need all of your help. I've been trying real hard to locate the name of the artist of this painting and I was wondering if it's possible does any of you may know who the individual maybe or where I could go here on the internet for further help. I would be so, so grateful for whatever help you could offer.

Do you have a better picture? It looks like the signature is at the lower right. "A W Jefferys" or something vaguely like that.
