Need Help Identifying A Painting!

The Painting I Need Help Indentifying Happens To Be On A Plate.
Their is no name of the artist, but on the back, it has the initial "Z" on it.
In The painting there is a man and a woman. i believe they are greeting each other because the man is bowing and the women is doing a curtsey. the woman also has a fan in her hand. she is in a blue dress and has white hair. the man is wearing a red jacket and a yellow top and yellow bottoms, & it is 18th century clothing i assume. i couldnt find a picture of it on the internet, but i would appreciate if someone knew who it was made by and what the name of it is.
