Default Help identifying painting or artist.

A friend of mine took a picture of a painting they saw somewhere in Nevada. I have no other information. I'm hoping someone may be able to identify the artist. Thanks in advance for your help.

That is a longshot for sure. Does your friend know where in Nevada they saw this painting? If you can find out that info. you could email the place and ask who the artist is. She looks absolutely sloshed and a tad evil.

Thanks for the suggestion. I should have thought about that myself. I'll ask him if he remembers the town or name of the place. I wanted to add that it was hanging in the lobby of a hotel. He was told the artist lives or is from Hawaii and the painting is of his mother whom is a "working girl" in Nevada.
