Need help with a painting

Hi

This is a bit of a longshot but I thought I would try anyways - it's a painting I saw a few years ago in a gallery in Vancouver, I believe it was an oil painting.

It consisted of two devil/demon women with a few grotesque men, it looked like the interior of an apartment (I believe the walls were green) at night, and there was a cityscape visible through the windows.

Anyone know what this painting was/who painted it?
