Can anyone give me more info on this painting? The arttist is Starne. The paper tag in the pic states the following,

This one really gets me. I have seen this style before. Not your typical European street scene with the carriages. It reminds me of artists that specialized in advertising. Looks to be late fifties or early sixties type cars.
