Hey guys new to this site... i came across a Pastel Drawing of a clown picture that was my grandfathers i have no idea where it came from our how he obtained it. it is very hard to make out the artists name. it looks like it says ...Eneso, nut when i Google search it nothing comes up.

basically all i really would like is if anyone out there can please tell me who the artist is ,and if anyone has a idea on a value price that also would be greatly appreciated. thank you so much.
