Painting information needed! Rare!

Hello!

I'd like to use a bit of your knowledge to find out who painted the painting in the link below.
The only information I have: painted between I WW and II WW, it was given to my grandparents by a Jewish family as a favor for hiding them during the IIWW (in Poland).
