Help! I need to identify this painting
Hello..I was given this painting as a gift and i was told it was worth good money. I don't know anything about it so i would like to find out who made it and the title. It is made of sand and glass it seems. I also have another from the same artist and it is a picture of a doctor leaving his office to go golfing.

Whatever type of object it is, it seems to be based on the painting "Puppy Love" by Norman Rockwell.
