I have been carrying around this painting for appox. 20 years, and have not even obtained any information on the artist. The name on the canvis is:

C.V. Brownlow

If you know anything about this artist HELP me.

The theme shows a winter scene.

Thank you Unregistered, I am still looking for someone to authonicate this very old painting and seek the value. Any additional information is welcomed. Also the frame appears to be original and the scene is painted on some type of board and doved tailed backing! Once again THANKS!
