help to locate a angel

I would like to know: an angel(a man with wings) with a sword. That marble sculpture don't have feet, his feet are marble, he is born of marble. He has a long hair... Help!!!!

Can you be more specific about what you are looking for exactly? Are you looking for information on a public artwork or something in a museum? Do you have a sculpture you cannot identify? We need more information before we can help you.

It sounds like the sculpture you describe is of the Archangel Michael who is shown with a sword or a set of scales of Justice. He is known as God's holy warrior. Read this for further information.

Hi, I think what you are saying is that the feet are not sculpted, but that they're stil part of the marble block. I don't recognize the sculpture from that description, but it sounds like the sort of figure-ground effect that might have been used by Rodin. Or Frederick Hart, although I don't know if he ever worked in marble.
