Default Grotesque lady - painter i.d required

I have come across this picture and after extensive searching on the internet and in art books, I have finally admitted defeat. Could someone have a look at the attached picture and see if they can identify it?

Have been told, it was picked up in Wales probably over 50+ years ago at least. It is painted onto glass, I cant see a signature anywhere.

You certainly own here an interesting painting, probably an early 19th century version of a painting said as Van Ostade (Adriaen) and used in the middle of the 18th century for two satirical prints edited in England.

You can magnify.
I was unable to find the original which could have disappeared and your painting can be of interesting value in this case.
