Smile Painting by Anders

I would like to know about an oil painting I purchased in Germany about 33 years ago. It is a scene of a church, I think, next to a small river or large creek with a bridge, and there is a mountain range in the backgroud. There seems to be smoke rising from the building. There is a much small building next tot eh alrger building, and it may be a residence. I cannot find nay information on the author of this painting. I may be wrong about the oil, it may be acrylic, but I cannot tell the difference by looking at it. I do recaqll tht it smelled like oil paints when I purchased it.
