Hi,I was wondering if anyone knows what a seriolithograph is?

Seri- means silk, as in a silkscreen print. Litho- means stone, as in a lithograph, where the image is initially drawn onto stone. If you Google "seriolithograph" you can see some references to the process, which appears to be a combination of the above two techniques.
