I was wondering what the artist and title of this pice of work is. (Links are below.) I'm not an art student or professional so I asked around and the most I got out of that so far is an amature copy of a High Renaissance painting involving Bacchus and Ariadne. It may be later Baroque imitation work. I heard the painting may be 17th/18th century, post-Rembrandt, romanticist, and other things. Someone also guessed it has French origins because of the palette.
Help please? http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n...s/IMG_1593.jpg http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n...s/IMG_1594.jpg http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n...s/IMG_1595.jpg |
