While at my daughters dentist appt the other day, I fell in love w/ a picture hanging in their waiting room.

It is a upclose facial peniclsketch of an old man holding (looking down at) a chubby faced baby. Then, it has been partially painted with what, this novice, thinks is water color. The paint, placed where it should be, with different colors/tones/hues, but is unfinished, and goes through, say the middle of the sketch. The artist signed it twice, once on the left, and once on the right. (Unfortunately I cannot remember the date, I want to say 2009) and the name is R. (cannot read the rest of the first name), and last name Garcia. It also indicates that there were only 1000 made, this one being four hundred-something.

Please help, if this sounds familiar. The people at the dentist office were unable to give me any information.
