Help Identifying Artist and Painting
This painting was given to me when my grandparents past away nothing is know about the painting within my family other than it was purchased in Knoxville, TN approximately 1950. I am just interested if anyone knows of the history behind the artist or the painting itself. Thank you for taking the time to look at it.

Looks like the signature ends in "giotti", but I can't quite turn the whole thing into a plausible name.
