Need help finding a painter named Lowell
We were given three paintings by my great aunt. They appear to be depression era paintings of groups of people. They are on paper (not canvass) and are muted dark tones. One of the frames has the name "Lowell" written on it. We are looking for ideas of who the artist might be. Many thanks!
