Can someone identify this for 1 million dollars?!
Ok, so I don't have a million. But, who doesn't want to prove how smart they are just for the fun of it? This is the litho. I'm stumped. I know you're super excited, and ready to drop everything you're doing to be the first one to identify this print, so let's see the magic. But really, Thank you.

The artist is what I'm really going for, but good eye on the location. You get a really loud Jeep for that. No seats. No engine. Just lots of bass.
