Sorry, this is a little unrelated to the current topics that are floating about. But, I'm an undergraduate chemistry major with a deep love of art. I was wondering if there were any ideas out there for potential jobs where i might be able to connect the two? I was specifically wondering about the feasibility of going into the field of art conservation (with a BS in Chemistry!). Any interesting internship? Suggestions? Ideas?

Here is your best resource, the AIC: http://aic.stanford.edu/. Joining a standing professional committee as soon as you can is probably a good idea.
Under the "Education" tab, click "Becoming a Conservator." There is information regarding undergraduate preparation as well as links to various post-grad programs. Good luck! |
