Anyone know who this artist is?

I have this nice oil painting. I believe it is Chinese. I have been trying to look up the name on the bottom right but I have had no luck. I think it says Dillon?? Anyone have any idea? Thank you

I got lucky and discovered that the signature is probably "P. Wong".

Here's an example of a "P. Wong" painting where the signature looks very similar:

If you look in Google or Google Images for "P Wong" or "Peter Wong", you will find more references to this poorly documented artist.

Anyway, take a look and see what you think. Given the similarity of the paintings and the signatures, I think it must be the same name, except that yours was scrawled rather hastily.

I have a Peter Wong painting also. Just bought at an auction. It is very nice. A couple of boats nestled up next to a village.

Shannon, when I looked at the signature in your photos, the name that immediately popped out to me was "Williams" (not P. Wong).
