Can anyone help identify this artist?

I noticed this painting behind the desk of Josh Flagg on HGTV's 'Million Dollar Listing' TV show. Unfortunately, the attached link only shows a portion of the painting itself... that being said, I'm confident that it's a piece of some repute, so hopefully someone out there will be able to help me with this.

(What is visible is only the lower half of the painting; the complete piece seems to have a almost cartoon-ish drawing of a little boy standing in a field (?) on the upper half of the canvas).

I've stumbled across a few websites mentioning that Flagg has recently been accused of art theft (Picasso, Chagall), so maybe that's an indication of the level of art that he'd like to have in his office? Curious.
