I am a volunteer for a thrift shop who receives and sells items for a residential children's home in south NJ. Occassionally we receive art work that may be worth something. I believe this may be one. Unfortunately, it neither has a name or an artist. Can you help?

It looks like a work of Walter Ronald Locke 1883-1949

That's exactly who it looks like. Incredible find.
BTW, Saint Marc is the patron saint of painters, so maybe that's where he gets his uncanny knowledge from. |
