No, unfortunately there is no signature. We are trying to find out who is the author, but no "expert" could do it; they just say that it is really painted in the second part of 19th century. Could you please help me to find out the author or maybe to find a person, who will be interested to buy it.
Thanks in advance! |

What about eBay. Give the whole world a chance to buy this picture. Did you already thought about a starting price?

The expert in Georgia defined that the picture is painted in the second part of the 19th century. Concerning the price the opinion was split into two parts. the minimum price was 30.000USD. But as I saw on ebay, the prices are very low and I thought that there was no sene to try it. Do you think I should do it? does it have any sence? And another problem is that the picture is in the Republic of Georgia...
Please help to solve the problem. I really need your advice |

The picture is a little blurry so I can't make out the fine details of the painting, but on eBay I'd guess it would bring in between $400 and $1,000. A gallery or auction house or art appraiser might be able to suggest the best way to sell it.

Try a business directory in Georgia (where the painting is). I assume the appraiser would need to see the painting in person in order to provide a proper evaluation and appraisal.
