trying to identify painting
This is a religious painting of Saint Augustine of Hippo. No signature...any idea who it could be attributed to?

Yes it is st Augustine but we have to count it amongst the innumerable productions of popular devotion, here undoubtly by a local artist. The hands and the face are done with clumsiness. The following link is to a similar work in a little french church.
