Trying to find information on the oil painting
My dad picked up this painting in the early 70s in Mexico . It was painted on black velvet . Its long gone and I'd like to have it back but don't know where to start . This is the only picture I have and it's poor copy . Any help ? Thanks Bobbagizoo
