Question Can you identify this c.1801 watercolor painting with Cinderella theme??

I recently found this watercolor/pen painting in my grandparents' home in WV after they passed away. My great grandmother owned an antique shop and I believe it came from her. The painting is dated 1801. At the bottom, there is a saying in English - 'The prince was so struck that he asked her to dance.' It notes 'p.10'. Below this there is something written in another language (French?) that begins, 'Cinderella'...

There is also a signature/notation from the artist, but I am not able to discern it.

Any help identifying my new treasure and whether it holds any value would be greatly appreciated!
