I have a framed picture which is approx 12 x16 inches. It looks like a Maxfield Parrish print of two women (one sitting, one reclining) looking up into the sky where there is a subltle image of a horse & rider. The print is signed by a Arthur Shem(I think), and a stamped date of 1935 A.L.co,inc. On the back is a small sticker of a crest with EL, Erlo Rahmen, Berlin. I am curious as to who painted this and if it is of any value. Any information would be appreciated. Thankyou.

Erlo Rahmen is just a framist. It would help to see the actual piece of art as I might be able to determine the artist. I have a few "Erlo Rahmen" framed pieces.
